Produce is highly lacking though. Hard to get anything fresh that is going to last for more than a couple days and the only organic produce it carries is lettuce.
Went in to buy some cooked chicken. Got that and a roast, nuts and a bag of ice.
Great store. Friendly shopping. Not a fan of the produce however. Seems to have lived it's shelf life prior to getting it home. 1 or 2 days is all it will last.
There is an old man at ace hardware that stalks you and then doesn't let you make your own choices. He's rude. Also a lot of the time the produce is not any good. The meat selection is also not great. But to grab items you need that is also local and convenient this place is nice.
Has a fair number of good items. Also starting to have more organic options and is adding an ACE Hardware side to the store.
Meat is good however and they have good customer service and fair prices for a rural grocery store.
Had all the things that we needed!
We're new to this town and we are glad to find a store so close to our home!
